can you move your character from trial game to real game?

if you buy real game can you install it on 2 different computers?

does your account stay in you computers hardrive?

or does it stay in a online database like runescape so you can log in on any computer with guild wars installed on it?

if I get an expansion pack will i be able to play it with my character from the main game or will i have to creat a new character?

Yes, simply add a full serial key to the existing account. The full serial key has to be the same campaign as the trial version. So if you played Nightfall and you buy Nightfall.. you will be able to play that char where you stopped.
If you tested Nightfall and buy Prophecies, you won't be able to do that.

You can install it anywhere as often as you wish.
All information is stored online.

Every char can play all campaigns.

EDIT: IMPORTANT
Make sure you add the new serial keys all to one account and don't make new ones. The serial key can only be used once and will be tied to that account forever.

Never used a trial account, but you should be able to add a retail key at the log in screen by clicking "Create Account or Add Access Key," or click the Edit Account button on character select screen and choose "Manage Access Keys." This will change your account from trial to full retail, and any characters from the same chapter as the retail key will be playable. You have to get the same chapter as your trial, as noted in post above.

No. Your account data is stored on ArenaNet/NcSoft's server. In addition to the client, only your screen shots and skill templates are stored.

It works like that, yes. See above.

You can play any character in any chapter or expansion you own, but some characters are restricted to creation in the chapter that they are exclusive to. You may only create Assassins and Ritualists in Factions, and Paragons and Dervishes may only be created in Nightfall.

Some of the starting areas are restricted to characters from another chapter: you can't enter Pre-Searing Ascalon with a character from a chapter other than Prophecies, for example.

This is very important. Quoted for emphasis.

Great question, hopefully this helps a bit.

Once you purchase the game you can install it on any computer that has internet access directly from guildwars.com. You are actually paying for your account like runescape (and quick install).

When you download the game on another computer you don't actually download the entire game, you just download the key features of the program not the map. So every time you go to a new area you have to wait for map to download (normally takes like 20-30 secs on a fast connection for each map.).

The account stays on the servers however your builds stay on your hard Drive so if you install the game on another computer the only build you have to choose from is the last one you used on your account.

If you purchase an expansion pack your current characters will be able to travel there via quests. You do not need to start a new characters to play the expansion pack. Anet actually did a very nice job of making it easy for your characters to get there even if you are not level 20.

Purchasing the expansion packs however will give you the option to create new character classes (only in factions and Nightfall not Eye of the North). So you may want to create a new character just to get a feel for the other classes

Hope that helps

~Cheers

You can install the game on as many computers as you want, BUT, only one person can play it at a time.

You cannot install on two computers and play on both.

Your characters aren't stored on your computer. You can play any character from your account from any computer with GW installed.

Default camera zoom is mouse wheel.

nothing except your screen shots and skill templates are stored in your HD, so you can access your account from anywhere and this everything/everyone in it from any computer with the client, which you can download from the GW website.
zoom in zoom out is middle mouse wheel button, you can remap it i believe.
role playing characters are allowed to access PvP anytime however PvP chars cannot access anywhere else. you can trade item from one to the other as long as its not armor or PvP weapons.

You can download the game from guildwars.com and it will have a place where if u have an account already, u can dowload the full game without buying another game.

Just to sum things up for you...

The only thing that is on your computer are the maps and the skins for characters/armors/weapons/monsters.

All information regarding your character, what it looks like, what armor/weapons it has, what you have in your storage chest or inventory all of this is stored on the Anet servers.

When you create a character on a temp account you are blocked from doing certain things, but if you purchase the full version of the game those blocks are removed.

NOTE* when you purchase the full game or any of the other chapters you MUST add the "KEYCODE" to the account you already have. If you do not add it to your existing account then your not going to be able to move your char from one account to the other. Characters are locked into just ONE account.

Since you mentioned "Expansions", there is actualy only one expansion, which is Eye Of The North. Factions and Nightfall both function as stand alone games, while Eye of The North requires one of the other 3 games to play.
